Build your first website from the ground up in our hands-on Introduction to Web Design course! Perfect for absolute beginners, this class covers the essential foundations of structuring content, styling layouts, and applying modern design principles. Students will build their website using Webflow and may incorporate e-commerce features through Shopify if desired. 

Whether you are launching a new career pathway or looking to dramatically enhance your own business’s online presence, this course bridges the gap between creativity and technology. You will learn to build fully functional, visually striking websites using the Webflow platform. No coding or technical experience is required—just creativity and curiosity!

What You Will Learn

  • Web Fundamentals: Demystifying how the web works by learning the foundational concepts behind HTML (structure) and CSS (styling).
  • Visual Development with Webflow: Building responsive, production-ready websites visually without needing to write complex code from scratch.
  • E-Commerce Integration: Learning how to seamlessly incorporate online storefronts, shopping carts, and checkout features using Shopify.
  • Design Principles & Layouts: Mastering user-friendly navigation, typography, color theory, and responsive design layouts that look great on both desktop and mobile devices.
